Ms. Chisholm's practice covers all aspects of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation in chemical and mechanical arts.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Chisholm served as a law clerk to the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Her professional experience also includes work at the Schering-Plough Research Institute and Unilever HPC North America.
Ms. Chisholm graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Biological Sciences from Purdue University. While at Purdue, she served as President of the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society and received the Outstanding Chemical Engineer Award in her graduating class. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she was the Executive Articles Editor of the Ave Maria Law Review.
Ms. Chisholm is a member of the Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
