Brian L. Ribando

Mr. Ribando has extensive experience in the fields of corporate counseling regarding intellectual property matters, licensing, patent and trademark clearance, infringement and validity studies, and patent prosecution.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Ribando worked as an examiner in the security group of the United States Patent Office, and in corporate practice for 25 years with UNOVA, Inc., and with its predecessor companies Western Atlas Inc. and Litton Industries.

Mr. Ribando received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a Juris Doctor degree from The American University in Washington D.C.

Mr. Ribando is a member of the bars of Michigan and the District of Columbia, the American Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and some Federal Courts.
