We have extensive experience in all aspects of the patent application process, with several of our attorneys having previously been patent examiners at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to the normal application process, our attorneys have handled other ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including interferences, and patent reissue and reexamination proceedings.
