Cookies and similar technologies
We use two analytics systems, and they behave differently:
- Our own analytics. Runs on our own servers. It sets no cookies. It stores a random identifier in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised, and records your IP address and the organisation registered to it.
- Google Analytics. Sets cookies and shares data with Google. Where consent is required, it is switched off until you agree.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask before enabling either system, and nothing is stored until you choose. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will prompt the question again.
Contacting us through this site
The contact form sends your message to us by email. It is not encrypted in transit beyond ordinary email protections, and you should not send confidential or sensitive information through it. Sending an enquiry does not create an attorney–client relationship, and no such relationship exists until we have confirmed it in writing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent information about visitors.
- We do not use the site to show advertising, and we run no advertising trackers.
- We do not attempt to identify individual visitors by name.
Who else sees this information
Our website and analytics run on Amazon Web Services. Google Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not share visitor information with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Your choices
You can switch analytics off for this browser at any time, wherever you are. This applies to both systems described above, takes effect immediately, and is remembered on this device:
